- Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the estimated delivery time once the package has been handed to the carrier.
- Total Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (processing + shipping).
- Shipping Countries: Canada (CA) and the United States (US).
- Shipping Locations: We ship to all valid customer addresses entered at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Process

Once packaged, the order is handed over to one of our reliable delivery partners. If any issue arises with delivery to the specified address or at the requested time, the shipping carrier will contact you to arrange a solution.

Change of Address
Customers may request a shipping address change within 24 hours of placing their order by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Note: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Any delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After receiving your items, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Packages Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we may request photos of the damaged items and packaging. After reviewing your claim, we may issue a replacement, refund, or credit note for the affected items.
