  • Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 PM (GMT-05:00), Eastern Time (Toronto). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping Time (Canada & US): 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping Time (International): 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (Canada & US) / up to 16 business days (International).
  • Shipping Regions: Canada, United States, and selected international destinations including Europe.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping within Canada and the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, holidays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, our logistics team carefully processes each item. All products undergo quality control before being securely packaged to ensure safe transit.

Once shipped, your order is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners. If delivery issues arise, the carrier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable solution.

International Shipping (Europe & Other Regions)

We proudly ship to selected international destinations, including Europe. International delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Address

You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate. NOVA Canada is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible. Once received, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assess the issue.

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
